• Rustproof base - The WBX Ascot 5 star base is a solid die cast aluminium base, cast in one piece which is then highly polished on the top and powder coated black on the underside. There are no weld or seems to crack or break. The solid alloy base can never rust even if it was to be submersed in water for its entire working life.
• Hair resistant castors - Hair resistant in design so hairs on the salon floor do not get tangled or blocked in the caster itself

This 241 designer stool uses an innovative solid die cast aluminium folding J-bar hinge and a patented hinge with the right balance of seat and back and it makes the stool's operation perfect.
There are no levers/ locks or buttons to release the back! You simply fold it down or lift it up. It's that simple...
The seat and back pads are perfectly weighted and balanced for comfort and ease of use in any environment.
High density foam has been used on the 3 individual cushions so the stool is very comfortable in the open and closed position.
4 concealed metal “quicklock” fasteners to hold the 2 back cushions together which means that in the event of an accidental tear you can order a separate pad, which can be snapped in very easily to replace the damaged one. Another great benefit of the design is that the separate cushions can be supplied in different colours!

So for example when the stool is in the closed position you may want to change the colour of the seat top or middle pad after 12 months!

You can either order your seat pad in a different colour at the time of order or get additional pads for colour changes as and when you want to introduce them to your salon. These innovations make this WBX 241 much more than a simple stool.

WBX decided to use this method of fixing to keep our stools at the forefront of design and technology and to make sure that these new stools stand "the test of time".
The same high quality die cast polished aluminium 5 star base that is used on the Ascot cutting saddle which can never rust and is also fitted with hair resistant casters.
