The POMPADOUR styling chair is quite simply the "piece de resistance" which translated into English means " the most impressive thing that brings the greatest pride"
Hand built by craftsmen in the UK we have brought this "magnifique" design into the 21st century.
The WBX design team have taken this frame and richly transformed it into the “WBX POMPADOUR"
It will grace any salon giving it an immediate sense of character. Whether it be up market chic, contemporary or French Bohemia .
The frame is made from Solid Beech wood which has been re- enforced to accept the WBX Hydraulic Cylinder tested to 450lbs.
Seat and back have been redesigned so there are no crevices where hair can get trapped and it’s "waterfall" contoured seat and back make it very easy to wipe clean.
You can choose : chrome/antique bronze or gold coloured studs to the detailing of the arms and back to contrast with any fabric colour.
The Solid Beech frame along with the 3 spindles separating the seat and back can be specially finished to match any colour:
such as oak, mahogany, ash, distressed silver/black or distressed white. We can even colour-match the frame to a specific colour in your Salon.

Made to order with a huge choice of upholstery colours and 3 options of stud finishes - Antique Bronze, Gold effect, Chrome. Spindles can be finished to match any colour such as oak, mahogany, ash, distressed silver/black or distressed white. The frame can even be colour matched to a specific colour in your salon.
